Terms & Conditions   Terms Governing The Use Of Our Services   Products and Services Description: TPD London guarantee that all our products and services will correspond to the description given to the customers. All the samples, images and advertising are for giving an approximate description of the products and services.   Price Variation: Products and services are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order.   Proofs: TPD London is not liable for any errors not corrected by the customer when the customer provided with proofs.   Digital Files and Print Ready Files: It is customer’s responsibility to backup a copy of any original Digital File or Print Ready File provided by the customer. TPD London is not responsible for checking the accuracy of supplied input from Digital File or Print Ready File unless otherwise agreed.   Finished Goods: On completion of any work, TPD London will store the customer’s materials for a maximum of one month and after that time they will be destroyed without further notice.   Copyright: The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary authorities and consents to reproduce artwork, images, copyright text and other materials prior to instructing TPD London to print the same.   Suitability of Finished Work: Customer is responsible to make sure that an ordered product is suitable for them. TPD London is not liable for the suitability of ordered products, including incorrect type of paper or incorrect size of paper etc.
